We provide compassionate legal services for your loved ones who are elderly and/or disabled. If you need help in qualifying for longterm care Medicaid benefits, guardianship, estate planning, special needs trusts, or other legal services such as this, please call our office. We are happy to assist you in any way we can, plus there is no charge for the initial consultation.

Sheri L. Hazeltine, Esq. is an attorney licensed with the Florida Bar Association and a member of the Florida Bar, Elder Law Section, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Florida Guardianship Association. She is a board member of the Florida's Voice on Developmental Disabilities and a member of the Palm Beach County Guardianship ASsociation and the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys. Finally, she is the very proud mom of her 12-year old son who has cerebral palsy.
