Andy P. Kinne, CSA Area Director

AndyAndy Kinne is an Area Director with the Illinois Care Planning Council (ILCPC) and owner of his financial practice, Kinne Planning Institute. Andy began his financial services career in 2004 as a health insurance expert. In 2005, Andy decided to specialize in the financial and insurance needs of senior citizens. Through his company, Andy focuses on providing "life changing financial advice" to senior adults and their families concerning their retirement planning. As an advisor, he "partners" with his clients to develop "common sense, conservative" financial strategies--especially designed to "protect your principal." Even in today's depressed economy, the Kinne Planning Institute team provides "secure and safe" options for protecting and preserving the principal in your financial estate and to "Retain Your Gains" in the growth of your estate. His company specializes in Hidden Equity strategies, known only to a few very select financial advisors in the country.

His company also advises on Funeral Trust Planning, Commercial Multi-Unit Apartment Real Estate Investing, Senior Medical Plans, Medicaid Planning, Annuities and other retirement planning strategies. The motto of his company is also his mantra in life and business -- "Where Life, Family, Planning and 'Peace of Mind' Come Together."

Andy has committed to a lifetime of service to our veteran service members and their families. Andy served 24 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 1998 as a First Sergeant. Throughout his military career, Andy served to protect the "health, morale and welfare" of those entrusted to his charge. He continues to serve in this capacity in his business, as the Director of the ILCPC and in his personal life.

In his practice and as an Area Director with the ILCPC, he integrates both Veteran and Medicaid benefits in a highly technical area of concern. While knowledgeable in these areas himself, Andy has gone the extra mile to design a team focused on the unique challenges facing adult seniors and their families today. He has appointed top experts that specialize in these areas to serve on the ILCPC Advisory Board, using proven cutting edge strategies to best serve the clients of the ILCPC.
