Leigh and Candra Davis began ELDirect In-Home Senior Care in January of 1996 after watching their families cope with long-term illness and the trials of finding quality in-home care. For more than 20 combined years they watched their grandmothers deal with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and cancer as their parents coped with the ever-increasing needs. Seeing first hand the family stress, burnout, financial burden and caregiver needs, ELDirect In-Home Senior Care's services are uniquely created to deal with these issues and keep clients safe, happy and AT HOME.

ELDirect thoroughly screens and monitors all Care Assistants and perform multiple criminal background checks.

ELDirect exceeds industry standards in numerous ways:

Experience - All Care Assistants must have at least 1 year of care giving experience or certification.
Insured and bonded.
Perform criminal background checks as well as work and personal reference checks.
Drug testing.
Ongoing monitoring that exceeds industry standards.
Integrity.
ELDirect was started from the owners' own personal experiences with their Grandmothers and keeping them at home - and out of nursing homes - for more than 10 years.
No duration contracts.
Flexibility - Service hours are based on client's needs.
Flat rates - Same rate for all In Home Care duties.
Control - Client selects Care Assistant of their choice
