About Us

The Caring 1 Home HealthCare is owned by Emalyn Bravo, a Registered Nurse with Masters Degree in Nursing Education and Management from New York University.

She has worked with the elderly in her role as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in New York State and serving as a Member of the New York State Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators for 12 years.

As a certified senior care manager, she is an expert in elderly care and has presented seminars on a State and National level regarding Fall Reduction and Injury Prevention, Incontinence and Pain Management.

While caring for the residents in the nursing homes and taking care of her elderly Mom for seven years, she identified the need for high quality and nurturing home care services. This experience is the basis of the Agency's philosophy that all staff should treat clients with respect and dignity like their own parents.
