PLANNING IN ADVANCE When you are ready to plan for future needs, we will:

. Prepare critical documents including Powers of Attorney and customized Advance Medical Directives which clearly reflect your unique values and wishes.

. Draft your estate planning documents including Wills and Trusts for both tax and non-tax planning situations.

. Create estate planning documents naming Guardians and Trustees for individuals with minor children or disabled family members.

. Develop a plan that maximizes available funds and resources, including public benefits, to support those with Special Needs.

 

REACTING TO A CRISIS When you find yourself, or someone you care about, unprepared and/or in crisis, let us:

. Advise you concerning legal capacity.

. Help coordinate services through our referral network of professionals.

. Petition for appointment of a Guardian who can make medical treatment and other personal decisions for the incapacitated individual.

. Petition for appointment of a Conservator to protect the incapacitated person's finances.

. Serve as Trustee, Agent, Executor, Guardian or Conservator if asked.
