Veterans Aid & Attendance Benefits

If you have devoted your life to serving the United States, you may be eligible to claim a special pension from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Aid and Attendance is one of the least understood and most underutilized Veterans' benefits. It provides a special monthly pension to help pay for medical expenses for wartime veterans and surviving spouses. The veteran or surviving spouse may qualify for a special monthly pension if the military service, financial, and medical qualifications are met.

For a NO RISK Confidential Consultation, please call us. Our firm is here to ensure wartime veterans and surviving spouses receive the special monthly pension benefit in a timely manner.
