CONCEPTS IN CARE

Concepts in Care is a complete home care company owned by two R.N's, between them both they have 60 years of experience.

Our office staff is made up of well trained and friendly coordinators that take pride in providing a compatible match of client and caregiver by thoroughly assessing the needs and skills of each. Our coordinators work closely with both our client and their families. Our services are flexible, professional, affordable and cover a wide range of needs. We work with the elderly and disabled children in their own environment, one on one.

Concepts in Care provides the following services:

Personal care ( includes bathing, dressing & peri-care)
Respite / Companion care
Meal preparation
Light house keeping
Shopping / Errands / Dr. Appoints
Transportation
Medication reminders
1-24 hour care 7 days a week
we have a 1 hour minimum
Live in care
After hours on call / weekends
