 about randy

I opened the first AT HOME PERSONAL CARE office in Chicago in 2000. We sold that office, signed a non compete in the midwest, and opened in Salt Lake City in 2005. Since then we have opened 4 additional offices in 3 States. Each office delivers services at the local level attracting our management and developing our staff in each market from the existing talent. We gain operational efficiencies using centralized technology for staffing and billing. Providing services to seniors and creating careers for caregivers has been the most satisfying aspect of my career.
