Our program coordinators will perform an initial in-home assessment to provide an in-depth evaluation of your lifestyle absolutely free. And as your needs change, we can adjust your service plan or in-home service specialist accordingly. We offer reasonable hourly rates, quarterly follow-up reassessment visits and periodic TLC phone calls. We also develop an
individualized comprehensive service plan to meet your daily needs.
