Right at Home, In Home Care & Assistance Agency

Right at Home is an in-home care and assistance agency. We provide trained, insured and bonded caregivers for a variety of caregiving needs. Whether it\'s for extra assistance after a stay in the hospital, an aging parent who needs extra help or companionship to remain in their home, or as a respite for the husband or wife who cares for an ailing spouse, Right at Home can help.

Flexibility and Communication

As the client\'s needs change, so can our services. Our assigned RN and our Client Care Manager maintain an ongoing communication with our clients, their family members and our assigned caregivers to discuss the care plan, the progress of the client, and to determine if any changes are recommended. The types of tasks we perform as part of our weekly care plan and the schedule of our caregiving services, can change, based on the changing needs
of the client.

Safety and Security

All our caregivers are employees of Right at Home; not independent contractors. They are thoroughly screened prior to hiring, including a VA Statewide criminal background check, reference checks, employment eligibility verification, communication skills assessment, and a
comprehensive competency test. Ongoing training is available for all our employees. Our employees are bonded and covered by professional liability insurance.
