Carol Braun, BSW
Carol was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in the small town of Bowling Green, Ohio. She attended Bowling Green State University where she received her BS Degree in Medical Social Work. She then navigated to the west coast to begin her career which has evolved into over 25 years of progressive management experience in HMO, PPO and Senior Services. Her passion for working with the elderly began following a critical illness endured by her aging mother. She then realized her calling was to assist families in navigating the stressful path of seeking the appropriate level of care for their aging loved one.
Carol presently serves as Ways and Means Chair for the San Diego County Council on Aging and is a member of the San Diego Regional HomeCare Council. She also serves as an Academic Advisory Board Member for the California Medical College. Carol currently works as an Independent Home Care Consultant. There she is able to bring her personal life experience to work everyday in helping other families dealing with Alzheimer's and other life changing issues to find their perfect senior homecare solution.
