About Suzanne Ripley
Suzanne's sincere compassion and love of humanity propelled her into leadership positions at an early age. Later in life she had a calling to be a Hospice Nurse and moved her family to Kansas so she could accept a scholarship from Kansas Wesleyan University's Nursing Program. She fulfilled her Hospice calling in Salina and Topeka Kansas before becoming the Clinical Coordinator for the Kansas Association for the Medically Underserved. She believes we make a difference in the lives of all with whom we come in contact and our actions radiate out like a pebble in a pool.
Suzanne accepted the offer and that fulfilling work led to becoming the Director of the National Asthma II Health Disparities Collaborative for the National Institute of Health Care Improvement and the Bureau of Primary Health Care, a Division of Health and Human Services. She continued national work with many primary care associations.
A family need resulted in Suzanne raising her granddaughter. National travel was no longer practical, so she re-entered the hospice industry in Arizona. In 2020, Suzanne met Diane Skaff, the Founder of Senior Support Solutions. Their philosophy, compassion, and love for people were a perfect match. Suzanne began working with Diane the next day. In 2022, Diane decided to retire and was selling her business. Neither Diane nor Suzanne could fathom strangers buying the business, with no connection to the people being served and loved. Suzanne purchased the business from Diane, who remains as a coverage consultant. The families we serve truly become just like our families and the rewards are far beyond measure. As a professionally certified Aging Life Care Manager, Suzanne leads our team and serves families in the greater Phoenix community.
Suzanne lives in Glendale, Arizona, with the granddaughter she raised, two dogs, and three cats. She considers herself the most blessed Woman she knows because all three of her children and all but one of her grandchildren live nearby. Additionally, she gets to work with her daughter, serving community aging care needs!
