A native of New Jersey, Barbara Sica's 38 years of experience in the mortgage industry, combined with her knowledge of the local market, allow her to provide her customers with the knowledge they need to obtain a home loan.
Over the course of her career, she has held several positions including Loan Processor, Underwriter, Corporate Trainer and Operations Manager. In 2002, Barbara wrote her first Reverse Mortgage; she found it incredibly rewarding to help seniors achieve their financial goals. In 2005, she began managing a team of Reverse Mortgage professionals and she hasn't looked back.
Barbara is zealous about supporting childhood cancer / leukemia research after her daughter was diagnosed at age 6. She fundraises locally to raise awareness.
Barbara is passionate about helping her clients achieve their dream of home ownership. She enjoys working with each and every customer, and prides herself on helping buyers find the most economic and suitable mortgage product to fit their specific income and personal situation.
