I am a graduate of the University of Baltimore Law School (Juris Doctorate, 1976), and Boston University (B.S. in Business Administration, 1973). I was admitted to the Court of Appeals of Maryland in December 1976. I obtained my Brokers license and formed Jack Cooper Realty in 2007.

My hobbies and interests include, bicycling, swimming, reading, health, nutrition, wine tasting, cooking, and going to the beach.
