Halcyon has identified a need to extend property management services to those who want to age in place but need assistance maintaining their home.

We inspect biannually and are also the one call the owner needs to make in regards to plumbing, handyman, HVAC or any other home care needs.

Once the home owner decides it is time to transition to another home, Halcyon can assist with selling items, storage and moving. Halcyon can work with owner and family members to decide to sell or rent the home and handle all necessary processes.
