Legacy Care is a chronic illness caregiving and private pay AGING IN PLACE service that takes elderly health care and supportive living services into the homes of older adults who want to age in place or remain in their homes for as long as possible.

My name is Ese

I am a Nurse and also a Nurse Navigator. I work with families who want personalized, dependable, affordable life enhancing caregiving. I have a service which provides individualized care at home. We can support you in one of 2 ways:

1. I have a short list of private caregivers who are fully vetted and ready for your private hiring.
2. I have a caregiving service with 7 employees caregiver that I manage and coordinate so you don't have to worry about the care of your loved one.

Some times private caregivers are more suitable than agency caregivers. However, here are the 3 reasons families select my services:

1. As my client, you select the caregiver type (private or agency). You select your hourly rate you prefer to pay and payment plan program that suits your unique situation.
2. You get to see the background check, drug screen and credentials of the the caregiver of your choice.
3. We can start services on the same day of your request 99% of the time
