1. Our rule is that you will never be cared for by someone you have never met and have not approved. You will not have a different face each day. You will determine the continuity of care that makes you comfortable.
2. The care plan and care program will be designed by a registered nurse. This is one of the most important aspects of our company that raises the bar of our services to a professional level that most other companies do not offer. As a nurse, and owner of this company, I can assist and oversee your grandmother health with a close eye and be able to provide in-home medical services such as drawing blood for a lab test, obtaining a catharized urine sample to check for urine infections, take vitals and perform an assessment, communicate with her primary care doctor to coordinate her care and work along side other health care professionals involved in her care.
3. We can serve as your back up care provider so even if you have another service provider, we can serve as your emergency caregivers if you have a caregiver call out or can't service you for whatever reason. You can reach us at 928-864-5884 and we will be there to service your needs.
4. Our clients pay only for the care they truly need. Our clients get to choose the hourly rate that suits their life style and care budget.
