CarePatrol was founded in 1994 by a Social Worker, with a mission to give seniors and their families a less stressful and easier way to find safer senior care choices for their loved ones. We opened our territory a little over five years ago and recently expanded. We now cover all the Inland Empire from West Covina along the I10 Freeway to Redlands, Moreno Valley and into the Banning/Beaumont area.
I don't know if you are familiar with CarePatrol, but we are unlike any referral agency you find on-line. We personally visit each community, learn their care capabilities, and monitor any care violations so that we can recommend only safe and quality care options to our families. And we are not just a voice on the phone during a one-time call that gives a list of providers to potential clients. CarePatrol Advisors personally meet with all our clients to gain a full understanding of their care needs, social expectations, desired location, and budget.
And that's not all, after accompanying the client and/or family on the tours, we help each family navigate the often-difficult decision-making process of choosing a suitable care option. Once the client is placed, we continue to make weekly, then monthly visits to make sure our clients are provided with the best care, comfort, dignity, and respect they deserve.
One of the owners of the owners is a Social Worker with a master's degree in Gerontology and is also an NPRA Certified Placement & Referral Specialist. Another owner is a Certified Senior Advisor and Home Safety Advisor. Our team has over 30 years combined experience in working in the senior industry. We recently brought on board a Paralegal who can prepare trusts, estate planning, powers of attorney, is a VA Benefit Agent and mobile Notary. We are your partners in senior resources.
