About Soni

Soni Pahade has devoted her career to both assisting and advocating for older adults and their families. In her current position as Aging Life Care Professional and Owner of Aging Advisors she leads a team of healthcare professionals who provide support for community elders both in their homes and in facilities. Soni has 20 years of experience working in the field of Gerontology, including work as Geriatric Care Manager at Sally Winsby and Senior Bridge in NYC In New Jersey she has worked as a Senior Support Specialist in Greater Trenton Behavioral Health Center’s Senior Well Being Program, Gerontologist at Princeton Resource Center, Program Director in Home Friends Program, and Admissions Director at Morris Hall Meadows Skilled Nursing Center. Her education includes a Psychology Degree with a specialty in Gerontology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree in Gerontology from Hofstra University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
