2. OUR CAREGIVER MATCHING SYSTEM: Our clients select the type of caregiver they prefer and are matched carefully based on skill set, ability to engage, ability to communicate effectively as well as their psycho-social interest.
3. OUR NAME YOUR RATE TOOL: Our clients select the hourly rate and payment schedule that suits their unique situation. This is highly valued benefit because it allows our clients to control the cost of their care.
4. OUR NO STRANGER GUARANTEE: We guarantee that our clients will never be cared for by someone they have never met nor approved of unless that is their choice. There will not be a different face in the home every other day.
5. OUR EVIDENCE OF GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE: Serenity Caregiving is licensed, insured and bonded. Our clients can see the credentialing, references, drug screening and background checks of the caregiver(s) of their choice.
