Show Me Elder Care Solutions was founded from my passion to fill the needs that I have observed first-hand as an RN working with older adults. Having witnessed the challenges that many older adults face in accessing personalized and compassionate care, I made it my mission to bridge these gaps. Our vision is to provide care that respects your dignity, honors your wishes, and supports your well-being, no matter the circumstances. You are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you need assistance with daily activities, companionship, or more specialized care, our team is dedicated to making sure you feel comfortable, valued, and empowered in your own home.
About Us
Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year long. If you get our voice mail, your call will be returned within two business hours. Once we connect, you will share your situation and then we will discuss possible solutions.
If you like what we tell you then we can begin working together right away. Our team is made up of kind, compassionate, matured, experienced, fully vetted, insured and bonded caregivers ready to take your caregiving stress away.
This program begins with a level of care assessment by a nurse who specializes in chronic illness management. A professionally coordinated care program will be designed by the nurse in collaboration with the patient, family and health care team.
The care program is flexible and can be provided inside of a retirement community, alongside skilled therapy at home or it can begin after discharge from skilled therapy. We offer many services to ease the stress of caregiving and to give every older adult the opportunity to live life on their own terms in the place they know by heart - their HOME, regardless of any life limiting conditions.
